Opening hours are listed on each location’s card and page. Check your chosen playground’s hours before visiting, and contact the team for holiday hours or special closures.

14 or more days before your party: Your deposit is refunded.

8–13 days before your party: Rescheduling is allowed; the deposit is non-refundable.

7 days or fewer before your party: No refund.
